Thanks for Coming!

There are so many ways to unpack your year. There are so many different questions that you can ask. So many different perspectives, and most, if not all are valid and helpful. Admittedly, some more helpful than others, so I am hoping this one can be helpful for you.

What’s the purpose of this style of debrief? 🤓

This approach is one of many I take, but I title this my “BIG BUCKET” approach. It’s helps me categorically and sequentially reflect on one essential question - “What was so great about this year?”. **It is not a time where I:

Don’t get me wrong, this does happen. In another space that I’ll share over later. However, this is where we give props & praise - to the One above, to ourselves, and take STOCK of ALLLLLLL the goodness that has happened in the year. You might say “Hey Dom, I really had a tough year man and it sucked!” and I will say “Word? What happened? Man, I’m sorry to hear that”. I believe and resonate with being empathetic. I do indeed. However, here….in this approach….we are encouraging and asking you “what was the silver lining?”

How to Use the Template

First things first, **download Notion.** Sorry, I’m not going to develop another format for this 😂

Next, you will need to duplicate this template and place it in your Notion account. Don’t worry Notion is free and if it’s not, you can sacrifice one of your streaming subscriptions to advance your life 🫠 See example below.
